A fee of CHF 290.00 for security services and use of the common area must be added to the rent.

Please note that this apartment is accessible and therefore suitable for seniors or people with disabilities.

The building’s facilities, including a communal room, a social activities program, and a social worker, enable tenants to maintain social connections with other tenants and with the village.

Recipients of supplemental benefits (PC AVS/AI) may be eligible for financial assistance from the government to help cover these rental costs.
