The sunny south-west-facing village of Morgins is a busy family ski resort in the Troistorrents commune. Take the lifts from the village center and escape to the Portes du Soleil ski area, with its magnificent panorama of the Dents-du-Midi mountains. This vast ski area boasts over 650 km of pistes and 218 installations.
In summer, the resort offers hikes for all levels of walker, as well as a wide range of leisure and sporting activities. Its slogan, "Morgins, mon oxygène" ("Morgins, my oxygen"), speaks volumes about its pleasant atmosphere and exceptional mountain scenery.

This 1973 chalet was traditionally built from larch on a concrete base. The authenticity of its construction is characterized by its openwork balcony and slate roof.
Situated 150m from the village center and the first gondola to the foot of the slopes, this chalet benefits from the best orientation for optimal sunshine.
The 2 bedrooms were created in 2023.

On the first floor, a vast entrance hall leads to a fitted kitchen with a dining area opening onto a large terrace. A bedroom, a small storage room and a toilet-washbasin complete this level.

On the second floor, you'll find a living room with sloping ceilings opening onto a large balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, the garden shed has been converted into a carnotzet.

Direct access by car is possible in summer and winter directly from the chalet to the garage.
